Features

  • What happens with my confidential documentation? Where is it stored?

    Your documents are encrypted with AES-256 (the same level as banks) and stored on secure servers with full tenant isolation between firms. No ADOIA employee can access your content. Your documentation does not train public AI models.

  • Do I need to manually tag all my documents?

    No. ADOIA classifies automatically by document type (contract, claim, ruling…) and extracts keywords. You can adjust anything manually, but it is not required.

  • Does the AI produce the final filing without my review?

    No. ADOIA generates a solid first version (V1) from your reference documents. You iterate with the AI ("add a clause on X") until it is ready. Final review and signature are always yours.

  • How are laws updated? Can I trust that what ADOIA says is in force?

    ADOIA extracts all cited laws from your documents and verifies them in real time against the official BOE. It shows you whether they are in force, amended or repealed, with a direct link so you can check the change. Final verification is always yours.

  • Does it work with my current software (case management, CRM, etc.)?

    ADOIA integrates with Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive to sync documents. It does not replace your management software (billing, calendar, CRM): it is a document-intelligence layer on top of your current workflow.

  • How is ADOIA different from ChatGPT or other generalist AIs?

    Generalist AIs answer with information from the internet, may hallucinate laws and expose your data. ADOIA uses only YOUR private documentation, encrypts and isolates everything, and is designed for the Spanish legal workflow. Within an inspection, it extracts BOE references from the documents themselves and checks their validity (in force, amended or replaced), with a link to the rule.

  • Does ADOIA find what I am looking for on the first try?

    Vector search prioritises relevance, not exact match. The perfect document may appear in position 4 or 7, not always first. What matters: in ten seconds you see documents that would take you hours to find (or that you would never find). The more you use ADOIA, the better it learns to prioritise what YOU find relevant.

  • How long does it take to be operational?

    We integrate with your document base in a day. First search: immediate. First document generation: 5 minutes, including iteration.

  • Can I see how it works and try it?

    Yes, completely free. Fill in the form and we will send you a video demo plus immediate access to a 15-day trial. You can connect your firm documentation and test on your own or book a call so we can guide you through the initial setup. During the trial you will receive tutorials and support.

Plans and billing

  • Are all features included in the Base plan?

    Yes. Smart search, document generation, BOE verification, case files... everything is available from day one. The difference between plans is usage volume, not features.

  • What happens if I exceed the usage limit?

    We don't cut your service. You'll receive alerts at 70%, 85%, and 95%. If the excess continues, our sales team will contact you to recommend the best plan for you. No surprises.

  • Is annual billing worth it?

    If you plan to use ADOIA all year, yes. With annual billing, the per-user price drops from €29 to €23/month, and the base licence from €129 to €99/month. That's approximately 20% savings on your monthly bill.

  • Is there a document limit?

    There's no technical limit — you can upload as many as you need. Plans include up to 5,000 active case files; if you have more, contact us for custom pricing.

  • Can I change plans?

    Yes, at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
