1. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs the access, navigation and use of the website owned by ADOIA PROJECT, S.L. ("ADOIA" or "the owner"), as well as the services provided through it, based on artificial intelligence and aimed at legal professionals.
Accessing the site implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the conditions set out herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The owner reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Description of AI services
ADOIA offers services based on generative artificial intelligence systems aimed at supporting legal tasks, including document analysis, regulatory search, draft generation and legal validity verification. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- The services are support and assistance tools and do not in any case replace the user's professional judgement.
- Generative AI systems may produce content that, despite appearing correct, is wholly or partly incorrect — including the so-called "hallucination" phenomenon in generative systems.
- Results may contain inaccuracies, outdated information or references to regulations no longer in force.
- Generated outputs do not constitute binding legal advice under any circumstances.
- The user is obliged to verify the accuracy and validity of the results before any professional use.
3. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Comply with applicable law, in particular data protection, professional secrecy and intellectual property regulations.
- Refrain from entering special-category data (article 9 GDPR) without having adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures.
- Keep access credentials confidential and immediately report any unauthorised use.
- Exercise effective human oversight over generated results, in accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- Verify the accuracy and regulatory validity of the results before any professional use.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All site contents (text, images, trademarks, code, design, structure) are the property of ADOIA PROJECT, S.L. or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The user may use the generated outputs in their professional activity in accordance with the agreed contractual conditions. The owner does not warrant the originality of the outputs nor the absence of infringement of third-party rights, so the user assumes responsibility for any use made of them.
Treatment of inputs
The owner will not use the user's inputs to train general models without express consent, as established in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited uses
The reproduction, distribution, transformation or systematic extraction of content (scraping, data mining) is expressly prohibited, except as provided for in Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the applicable national legislation. The use of the site for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing purposes is also prohibited.
6. Transparency in the use of AI
In accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act, the owner informs that content generated on the platform comes from artificial intelligence systems and may therefore present limitations inherent to this technology, including potential biases, inaccuracies or non-deterministic results.
7. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users are reminded to exercise extreme diligence when entering personal data into the platform, especially in court files or information subject to professional secrecy, and prior anonymisation or pseudonymisation is recommended.

The owner does not warrant the continuous availability of the site or the absence of technical errors. Liability is excluded, in particular, for:
- Errors, inaccuracies or limitations inherent to artificial intelligence systems.
- User decisions based on generated outputs without proper verification.
- Consequences arising from the use of the service without professional supervision.
- Third-party claims arising from judicial or administrative proceedings in which the user has employed service outputs.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
