Yes. From day one you have access to smart search, document generation, integration with your documents (Drive, OneDrive or your firm’s server), verification against the BOE, case files and the rest of ADOIA’s features. The difference between plans is mainly the usage volume, except for automatic document anonymisation, which is only available from the Pro plan onwards.

One licence equals one workspace with shared documentation. If your whole team works on the same case files, a single licence may be enough. You only need several if you want to keep documentation completely separate between offices, practice areas or teams.
